I just purchased this software for my computer, and to my surprise, it had a virus in it. I purchased it with my credit card, and I would like my money back.I found what I wanted and it works just fine. So I would like my 30.00 or whatever the total cost was back or mail me a check. I need my money asap. I would like my check mailed to 40 - 1201 South Railway Ave SW Drumheller, Alberta T0J 0Y2 asap. I don't know what else to say but I am real shocked and surprised that you people actually have this on the web.

I never downloaded any of their programs, because I'm very very computer savvy and have known about the scam that they are and the bundled malware for sometime.
I only wish that they could be held liable for what they do to others and I wish that annoying and false advertising laden "FinallyFast.com" commercial would be taken off the air.
There has to be something that can be done to get the commercial taken off and to get them held accountable.
If you have any ideas feel free to contact me at johnnyhotrod105 at yahoo dot com and I'll be more than happy to do my part to help out.
Very few things annoy me more than companies like this preying on people who either aren't computer savvy, or at the very least aren't constantly informed about the latest malware.

Does not deserve all the shouting in the marketing dept & on TV, that this product can make your Pc running in top error free performance (After all itis a business) (Where honesty does not exist !!)
Any small free cleaner can do much better.
Go 4 "Regseeker" + "Ccleaner "

I just downloaded PC Speedscan Pro but got no further. I did not see its promise through my computer, so now I suspect that the purpose is some kind of sabotage to include planting a bug, and / or stealing information. Either way, contact www.ripoffreport.com and save yourself. (thank God I have a strong antivirus!)

Installed PC Speedscan on my companies work computers. It erased the links to all of the Bluetooth connections twice before Dell discovered the problem. I do not reccommend this products.

I have similar complaints. My computer was running reasonably well, but I heard that this product would speed it up. to the contrary, it is now slow as a snail and every time I start up, I get a million pop-ups tring to sell me all these other ascentive products. I've run the scan. It finds the same 12 registry errors that it "fixed" before.
Every time I restart my computer speedscan tells me I have NEVER run the scan before! BUGGY and I want my money back. How do I do that?
