Ascentive - Did not open account for me in spite of my payment
Ascentive software offered to increase the speed of my computer and improve my service.
I paid 29.95 by credit card, but have never been sent an password by email as promised. I sent an email to "customer service" and the information given me was they would "get back to me in one business day."
It has now been 5 days, (two of them "business") with absolutely no response.
The promo and log-on keep coming up, but I have no way of logging in.
I want my money back and wish I had never attempted to "improve" my situation.
I am elderly, retired, frustrated, and don't know what to do next.
